He is also an associate attorney at O’Malley Tunstall PLLC, where he represents North Carolina residents in Social Security and personal-injury cases. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, Michigan and the District of Columbia.

He graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation in 2015, having received his law degree in 2014.
